Product features a yellow ribbon like material printed with "Say NO to DRUGS" with the word drugs crossed out with a red circle with bar. There's a brass grommet attached at the top of the ribbon with a gold string for easy hanging. The bottom of the ribbon is serrated for easy hanging. A reward card is attached to the back of the ribbon where you can fill in someone's name and the date.
